Welcome to 49 Willow Street 4F!

If you have been looking at studio units in the community of Brooklyn Heights, then you already know what a great opportunity this is!

My clients and their dream team of the best supers, contractors and live in caretaker care deeply about the building and it shows.

This makes my job of keeping the 44 units fully-occupied super easy!

What's the difference here?

- our super is a licensed contractor, so expert on heating, plumbing and electrical
- a live in caretaker who ensures that the building is pristine inside and out 24/7
- a system that ensures move in day is a pleasure - sans surprises! Expect a full repaint and fresh professional grade cleaning and move right in!
- landlords who are highly responsive and a pleasure to deal with
- Exclusive broker for over 20 years with a long history of happy tenants

If you've lived here, you already know these are the most professional landlords in the rental business.
Their motto: "We give a little more than we have to and charge a little less than we can. People appreciate this and stick with us."
